Four Caulfield School of Dance students auditioned for the Vancouver Ballet Society’s 2018 Spring Seminar and all were accepted to this prestigious program.
Sabina Nelson, Natalie Phang, Hailey Rekunyk, and Caitlyn Woo, enjoyed a challenging and engaging week of classes with Avatâra Ayuso (Contemporary) and Véronique Jean (Ballet).
Special congratulations to Sabina, age 12 who was awarded the Kolosov-Fonteyn VBS Junior scholarship award with Margot Fonteyn Trophy, the highest award for the Intermediate class, and the Jean Lewis Celebration Scholarship; and Caitlyn, age 13, for earning two VBS scholarships, including the Zabdita Fraser Scholarship for her outstanding musicality.
We are so fortunate to have this amazing program offered every spring break in Vancouver, and so pleased that some of our students are taking advantage of it!
