When young people travel together to do something they love, they build bonds and make memories that last forever.
Our first experience traveling was May 2014, Company parents organized a trip to Whistler, BC to compete with four groups and two (drawn “out of a hat”) solos. They did the same for May 2015.
Since then, “away” competitions have taken students and teachers to events such as the Semi-Finals for the Youth American Grand Prix in Seattle (2016 2017 and 2019) Las Vegas (2018) and Toronto (2020); competitions in Whistler, Duncan, and Kelowna, BC have also been fun and educational.
And small groups will sometimes go on purely educational trining trips such as the March 2018 and 2019 trips to take classes art various top studios in Los Angeles led by Lauren Taylor.

California Trip 2013 led by Miss Lauren Taylor
Other trips have included performing in Disneyland and California Adventure Park. In July 2013, a group of 25 Caulfield School of Dance Students aged 9 to 15 performed and also took special workshops. The students took classes at two dance studios in Los Angeles too.

California Trip 2007 led by Miss Sommer Thome
The 2013 trip followed the success of our 2007 California trip, organized by Sommer Thome, a talented and loved instructor at Caulfield School of Dance from 2001 to 2009 who has now relocated to Los Angeles.
The 2013 trip was organized by a former student of Miss Sommer, Lauren Taylor, who is now a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor at Caulfield School of Dance.
