At Caulfield School of Dance, we believe in transparent and flexible tuition options that reflect the value of high-quality performing arts education.

Regular Group Courses run from September to June and are billed in 10 equal monthly instalments (September–June).

Payment Options

10 equal monthly instalments (pro-rated over 28 weeks)

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Auto-Pay)
  • e-Transfer

To register, a Registration Fee is required.

The following are due September 1, 2026:

  • First instalment
  • Last instalment
  • Annual Media Fee

Discounts & Family Savings

  • Discounted tuition for siblings for the child with fewer hours (excludes private sessions)

  • Scholarships and financial assistance available through the Caulfield School of Dance Scholarship Fund, supported by parent fundraising and private donations

Additional Fees

  • Annual Media Fee (covers year-end recital production costs)

  • Costume Fee (per performance class)

  • Rental costume

  • $25 Late Payment Fee

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Our programs require a full-year commitment, as all courses are progressive in nature.

  • One month’s written notice by email is required for withdrawals or schedule changes

  • The final instalment is forfeited upon withdrawal

  • NO withdrawals will be refunded past April 1st.

 

Financial Assistance

Families requiring tuition reduction may apply by submitting:

  • A letter of request
  • A recent tax return for all responsible adults
  • A list of extracurricular activities and associated costs

All identifying financial information is kept confidential and redacted upon receipt.
