PARENT VIEWING:
Last 10-15 minutes of:
- The first class of each course.
- All classes Monday to Saturday, December 14 to 19, 2015.
- All classes Monday to Saturday, March 7 to 12, 2016.
CLOSED:
- All Statutory Holidays and the Saturdays of all Long Weekends.
- WINTER BREAK: Sunday, December 20, 2015 to Sunday, January 3, 2016 inclusive.
- SPRING BREAK: Sunday March 13 to Monday March 28 inclusive (includes Easter Weekend).
CHRISTAMS PARTY AND FUND RAISER:
Saturday, December 12, 2105 – 1:30-4:30
at Ecole Moody Middle School,
3115 St. Johns Street, Port Moody in the Gymnasium/Auditorium
Please bring your family and friends for a fun afternoon with our Raffle Draw, Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Concession for yummy food and drinks, and of course, wonderful entertainment*. Get a jump on your Christmas baking and shopping!
Admission is by donation.

STAGE MAKEUP & HAIR SEMINARS
All NEW performers MUST attend at least one of the below seminar times; all others are welcome. Please bring all hard supplies and the person preparing them for performing:
- TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2015 – 6:15-7:00pm
- FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2015 – 4:30pm-5:15pm
- SATURDAY, NOVEMBER, 21, 2015 – 9:15am-10:00am
PHOTO SHOOT & COSTUME CHECKS:
Parents must be present to take notes at the specific call times that their children’s numbers are given on any of the below dates:
- SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 2016 – 2:00pm-5:45pm
- SUNDAY, APRIL 3, 2016 – 9:00am-5:45pm
- SATURDAY, APRIL 23, 2016 – 2:00pm-5:45pm

All group performing courses will perform in at least one of the four 2016 shows:

2016 – GREEN Show – Final order:

TICKETS SALES:
Tickets for the four yearend performances, go on sale Saturday, May 14, 2016 at time from 9am-5pm designated for each registered Family by lottery.
Lottery Date: Thursday, April 21 at 7:00pm in the School Lobby
Lottery Time: 7pm
Anyone wishing to attend the lottery draw is welcome. After the draw, the Assigned Ticket Purchase Time Chart will be emailed to each Family and posted at the School. Please sign beside your Family name to indicate you are aware of your ticket purchase time. You can download the 1 page notice about the lottery and ticket sales here:
Remaining tickets will be available from Tuesday, May 17 during our office hours.
The following dates and times are MANDATORY for students performing in the 2016 yearend shows:

AT CAULFIELD SCHOOL:

There will be mandatory Studio Dress Rehearsals on these days that may fall outside of your regular class time.
Saturday, May 28, 2016:
Studio Dress Rehearsals (that may fall outside of your regular class time) including a Finale rehearsal which ALL NEW PARENTS MUST ATTEND

The studio Finale Rehearsal is for all performers and Specified PARENTS (including those who are NEW to the School).

“Specified Numbers” = each performance piece participating will be given a specific call time within the time block.
“Finale” is the last (final) number in each show; all performers from that show perform it. Specified numbers for each Finale Rehearsal are informed at least 1 week prior. ALL PERFORMERS and ALL New Parents and any Parents who have not previously attended a Finale Rehearsal MUST attend the first Finale Rehearsal at C.S.D., Saturday, May 9, 12:45 – 1:45pm.
ON STAGE Finale Rehearsals are mandatory for EVERY PERFORMER of EVERY NUMBER called for that rehearsal.

AUDITIONS;
AUDITION FOR PERFORMANCE TRAINING COMPANY MEMBERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING DIVISION:
Wednesday, June 22, 2016, 5:30-7:30pm.
All students must preregister including paying the $30.00 fee (which is included* in Company/Professional Training Division program tuition, as are fess for participation in 2 weeks of Summer Intensive Training, and the September 6 to 8 Company/Professional Division Workshop).
Note: Families can make one minimum payment of $2000.00 per student by Monday, June 20, 2016 at 7:00pm from which any Company/Professional Training Division/Regular Tuition costs incurred from June 20, 2016 to September 30, 2016 will be deducted, and the annual Registration Fee for that student will be waived. Any credit remaining will be applied to subsequent payments.
REGISTRATION
Registration for September 2016 to June 2017 Courses and SUMMER 2016 Classes and Programs:
- Tuesday to Friday, June 14 to 17 – 4:00-7:00pm
- Saturday, June 18, 2016 from – 9:45am-1:00pm
- Monday, June 20, 2016 – 4:00-7:00pm
Note: Families can make a minimum payment of $2000.00 per returning student by Monday, June 20, 2016 at 7:00pm from which Regular Tuition costs will be deducted, and the registration fee for that student will be waived. Any credit remaining will be applied to subsequent payments.
First Day of Regular classes for the 2016-2017 year is Saturday, September 10, 2016.
