Caulfield School of Dance offers excellent dance and theatre arts classes for all ages and abilities in it’s 3 spacious studios. The School also rents its studios to individuals and organizations in the Tri-Cities for classes and rehearsals.

Studio Rental Rates

 COMMERCIAL:

Studio 1 (approximately 20 X 20’)

First hour or portion per day: $30.00

Consecutive hours or portion: $26.00

Studio 2 or 3 (approximately 35 X 45’)

First hour or portion per day: $36.00

Consecutive hours or portion: $31.00

REHEARSAL ONLY:

Studio 1 (approximately 20 X 20’)

First hour or portion per day: $22.00

Consecutive hours or portion: $19.00

Studio 2 or 3 (approximately 35 X 45’)

First hour or portion per day: $28.00

Consecutive hours or portion: $25.00

Same time and day of week for 10 or more weeks: reduce rates by 10% on a case-by-case basis ONLY.

All studios have sprung wood floors with professional vinyl control-slip dance surfaces, barres, mirrors (black curtains can completely cover mirrors in Studio 2) and sound systems (CD and MP3 player connection). Studio rental includes access to intercom controlled security system, phone (local calls only), waiting area and changing facilities including shower. Access to a coffee shop, Subway and other restaurant are in same small complex.

Long term renters can inquire about shared advertising and use of lockers and on-site storage space.
