Regular September 2019 to June 2020 Group Course Tuition Fees
All tuition amounts below are per course and discounts, if applicable, are applied after.
.25 hour (15 minute) $300.00
.5 hour (30 minute) $400
.75 hour (45 minute) $500
1 hour (60 minute) $600
1.25 hour (75 minute) $700
1.5 hour (90 minute) $750
Tuition is based on the full September to June year, NOT by the individual class or by the month.
Students are required to make a full year’s commitment as all programs are progressive.
Refund and Course Drop/Change Policy:
After date of registration, any course addition or drop will be subject to a fee:
to October 1, 2019 – $20.00 per course
after October 1, 2019 – $40.00 per course
Course drop notification must be given as one month’s written notice (email please). A prorated fee for weeks of classes taken including notice period will be applied. Non-refundable fees and deposits are not refundable. Please see Registration for more details.
No refunds will be given after December 15, 2019.
Multiple Course Discounts:
Multiple Course Discounts are calculated on all the regular courses taken by members of one family.
up to 2 Courses = Regular per course tuition fees
3rd Course = 15% discount on tuition for the 3rd course
4th Course = 20% discount on tuition for the 4th course
5th Course = 25% discount on tuition for the course
6th Course = 30% discount on tuition for the 6th course and any additional courses.
Fee Ceiling:
$8000.00 per student; does not include private instruction and cannot be combined with multiple course discounts
Note: Scholarships are applicable to regular September to June Group Courses only (i.e. scholarships are NOT applicable to private instruction, etc.).

Closed Programs
Closed courses, Performance Training Company and Professional Training Division Programs with or without the Half Day training option, have subsidized tuition and are designed to make intensive training in the performing arts as affordable as possible. Please see Closed Programs Tuition for more information. Students are selected by audition. All Closed/invitational programs require contracts to be signed by participants and their parent(s).
Financial Assistance:
The Caulfield School of Dance Scholarship Fund, which is entirely supported by parent fundraising and private donations, offers publicly announced scholarships to recognize student achievement. The Fund also provides some support to the Financial Assistance the School gives to families who need tuition reduction.
To apply for Financial Assistance for a child age 18 or under, please supply:
1) a letter of request indicating:
111a) your budget for performing arts training at Caulfield School of Dance.
111b) your desired Caulfield School of Dance performing arts training program and its cost.
111c) a list of all other activities the chid will participate in, outside of regular school, and their costs.
2) a copy of the most recent tax return for every adult who may have legal responsibility for the minor.
Please be assured that any identifying information on your personal financial information is immediately redacted upon receipt.
All fees are subject to 5% Federal Sales Tax
