As part of the Emerging Talent Exhibition Opening, Evergreen presents a unique FREE dance performance, The Telus Youth Mentor Project. Twenty-one youth participants were chosen to receive choreographic mentorship from Joshua Beamish (MOVETHECOMPANY), Caulfield School of Dance alumna Heather Dotto, and Elissa Hanson, in the process of creating their own solo work. They will also perform together in an ensemble work created by Beamish, one of Canada’s most respected choreographers.
Also on Sunday, MOVETHECOMPANY is presenting an open masterclass taught by company artistic director Joshua Beamish.
