PARENT VIEWING
Last 10-15 minutes of:
- The first class of each course.
- All classes Monday to Saturday, December 18 to 23, 2017.
- All classes Monday to Saturday, March 12 to 17, 2018.
CLOSED:
- Hallowe’en, Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
- All Statutory Holidays and the Saturdays of all Long Weekends.
- WINTER BREAK: Sunday, December 24, 2017 to Sunday January 7, 2018 inclusive.
- SPRING BREAK: Sunday, March 18 to Monday, April 2, 2018 inclusive (Including Good Friday and Easter Monday)

STAGE MAKEUP & HAIR SEMINARS
All NEW performers MUST attend at least one of the below seminar times; all others are welcome. Please bring at least one makeup liner pencil and all hair supplies and the person preparing each performer for performing:

CHRISTMAS PARTY AND FUND RAISER
Saturday, December 2, 2017 – 1:30 – 4:30pm,
at Ecole Moody Middle School,
3115 St. Johns Street, Port Moody in the Gymnasium/Auditorium.
Please bring your family and friends for a fun afternoon with our Raffle Draw, Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Concession for yummy food and drinks, and of course, wonderful entertainment*. Get a jump on your Christmas baking and shopping!

PLACEMENT AUDITIONS
For information on whether or not your child should do a placement audition, please see the information on Auditioning.
Audition Date and Time:
Ages 6 to 12 Tuesday, May 8, 6:30pm – 8pm
Ages 13 + Friday, May 11, 7:30pm – 9pm division
Note: All students must preregister including paying the $35.00+ GST fee (which is included* in Company/Professional Training Division program tuition, as are some fess for participation in Summer Intensive Training Weeks, and the September 6 to 8 Company/Professional Division Workshop).

TICKETS SALES
Tickets for the four yearend performances, go on sale Saturday, May 12, 2018 at time from 9am – 5pm designated for each registered Family by lottery.
Lottery Date: Wednesday, April 18
Lottery Time: 7pm
Lottery Location: The School Lobby
All are welcome to attend the lottery draw. After the draw, the Assigned Ticket Purchase Time Chart will be emailed to each Family and posted at the School. Please sign beside your Family name to indicate you are aware of your ticket purchase time. You can download the 1 page notice about the lottery and ticket sales here:

“Finale” is the last (final) number in each show; all performers from that show perform it. Specified numbers for each Finale Rehearsal are informed at least 1 week prior. ALL PERFORMERS and ALL New Parents and any Parents who have not previously attended a Finale Rehearsal MUST attend the first Finale Rehearsal/NEW FAMILY ORIENTATION MEETING at C.S.D., Saturday, May 26, 2018 – 12:45 – 1:45pm.
ON STAGE Finale Rehearsals are mandatory for EVERY PERFORMER of EVERY NUMBER called for that rehearsal.
LAST DAY OF CLASSES:
Monday, June 18, 2018.
Note: Families can make one minimum payment of $2000.00 per student by Monday, June 18, 2018 at 7:00pm from which any Company/Professional Training Division/Regular Tuition costs incurred from June 18, 2018 to September 30, 2018 will be deducted, and the annual Registration Fee for that student will be waived. Any credit remaining will be applied to subsequent payments.
