Ballet is a beautiful, graceful, and powerful form of dance, with hundreds of years of tradition, that continues to evolve. The study of ballet develops discipline, strength, flexibility, expressivity, and technical facility through classical lines and movements.
Caulfield School of Dance offers a variety of Ballet programs ranging from once-a-week courses, to custom programs. Students can prepare for Royal Academy of Dance examinations to Solo Seal (the highest level).
We also offer Progressing Ballet Technique training which combines principals of Pilates with ball work. This innovative conditioning program helps students achieve their personal best in classical ballet by enhancing understanding and training “muscle memory”effectively and efficiently.
