Caulfield School of Dance students competed in the 2016 Coquitlam District Music Festival’s Voice Section last week. The CSD students were very successful in their competitions.

Voice instructors Dr. Gina Oh and Ms. Melody Courage were very pleased with all the CSD students’ performances, and particularly commended first-time competitors Mena Spasova (who placed 2nd with her “Comedy” and 1st with her “Ballad”), Chiara Go, Jane Robinson (who placed 2nd with her “Performance” class) and Nolen Dubuc (who placed 1st with his “Comedy” and 1st with his “Ballad”). Way to go!
Madison Simms was selected by Coquitlam District Music Festival to be their Intermediate Age Level Provincial Representative for Voice – Musical Theatre. Madison was awarded three 1st placements, three 2nd placements and a 3rd placement over both the Musical Theatre and Classical classes. Very special congratulations to you, Madison!
