NEW Location: Kyle Centre, 125 Kyle Street, Port Moody
Please bring your family and friends for a fun afternoon with our Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Concession for food and drinks, and of course, wonderful entertainment.
Admission is by donation. (We hope to pay for the facility rental so we can put 100% of revenues from the Silent Auction etc. towards our Scholarship Fund.
We can accept cash only for food and beverages.
Cheques and/or e-transfer is fine for other items.

Our scholarship fund is crucial. While our taxes support sports programs and facilities in our community, arts training is instead taxed! The CSD Guidebook gives detailed criteria for scholarships which are for dedicated students of all disciplines aged seven and over.

Bake Sale and Concession:
The Concession will have yummy food and drink to enjoy at the event.
The Bake Sale is always thoroughly appreciated (especially by those who get their Christmas baking “done” by purchasing wonderful wares at the Bake Sale tables!).

Caulfield School of Dance students will present dance and song selections at the December 7 Christmas Party Fundraiser
Entertainment:
Caulfield School of Dance students will present short dance and song selections throughout the event.
If your child is performing, please ensure participation in any normally scheduled classes* at the School on December 1 AND readiness at Kyle Centre well prior to the given performing time.
* Classes on Saturday, December 7:
ALL Saturday classes with start times up to 11:30 am (e.g. Ballet 1/2 11:15 am – 12:00 pm) will run as normally scheduled at the School.
Courses with altered scheduled have been informed, as have families of the performing students giving start times, etc. for the showings.
NOTE: All students in all Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday Musical Theatre/Vocal Tech courses will meet at Kyle Centre at 1130 am.
Note: Parents/Guests are NOT permitted in the ballroom prior to 1pm.
