Our three Team Canada Dancers are back from competing in the International Showdance World Championships in Germany.
Congratulations to the Junior Formation Showdance Team (Rachelle and Carter’s team) for advancing to the Semi-Finals and finishing 10th in the International Dance World Championship.

Congratulations to Carter who placed 10th in Junior Male Showdance Solos in the International Dance World Championship.
Congratulations to the Adult Formation Showdance Team (Dasha’s team) which placed 13th overall. Dasha competed with the Adult Showdance Formation Team by exception because she is only 15 years old.
Dasha says: “I am incredibly proud of our team and all that we accomplished in just nine practices. The whole experience was absolutely amazing and a once in a lifetime opportunity. Watching all of the other competitors and seeing how much I want to accomplish really excited me. I’m really looking forward to getting better as a dancer and pushing myself even further this year. I would do anything just to do this whole experience again.”

Rachelle’s Mom Enikõ Rózsa attended the competition and describes their time at Worlds in Riesa, Germany as “a fantastic experience. The caliber of dances and the energy is extremely high! Our kids worked so hard. You have done such a fantastic job with Rachelle that enabled her to participate here. Thanks Cori! The best part for me to watch the large productions. I have never seen anything like that. All the props and hundred dancers on stage.”
