The cast of Amber Funk Barton’s “Ghost Lights” (at the 2019 Chilliwack C.L. festival) compete in the 2019 YAGP Final in New York this week
Today 13 members of the Caulfield School of Dance Half Day Ballet Professional Training Division leave to join their teammate Kaia Neal (already in New York to compete as a soloist) at the 2019 Youth American Grand Prix Final.

Kaia Neal (at the 2019 YAGP Semi-Final in Seattle) competed as a soloist in this week’s YAGP Final in New York
Kaia has already performed both her Classical variation and her Contemporary solo.
Kaia’s Mom, Erika, says “Kaia is doing very well and having a lot of fun out there. She had two pretty good runs with her solos – overall she feels pretty good. The master classes are apparently awesome. Kaia has made some new friends and met up with a few friends she already knows. She is happy to be there and super excited to see her team soon and to dance Ghost Lights.”
Best wishes from all of us to all the Half Day program dancers for your performance of “Ghost Lights” in New York!
